Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
- Ensure all stakeholders deliver the tasks and activities assigned to them.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various teams and regions to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and garner support for initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Digital & Service CoE, the Legal & Integrity Operations Team, the Legal & Integrity Function, and the new Service Business Unit to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless collaboration.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven knowledge and experience of legal principles and procedures.
- Bachelors degree within Law or similar.
- Experience with legal management software and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
