How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze current timekeeping processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for time and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with CBAs, local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operational teams for cohesive operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Time & Attendance inquiries.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Time & Attendance systems.
- Integrate time and attendance systems with payroll and other HR applications.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in time and attendance systems management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues.
- Experience working with unions and CBAs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in time and attendance software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Manager).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
