About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled O&M Signaling Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Rail. As an O&M Signaling Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for signalling system equipment, maintaining physical hardware and software configuration management, and ensuring subsystem conformance and compliance to project technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for signalling system equipment in accordance with wiring diagrams and operations manuals.
- Maintain physical hardware and software configuration management of signalling systems.
- Analyse log files to troubleshoot issues and provide corrective action.
- Ensure subsystem conformance and compliance to project technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Science discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of ATC systems, components, and testing equipment.
- 2-5 years of field experience in rail transit signalling.
- Working knowledge of one or more rail transit signalling systems.
Skillset:
- Strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use common and specialized tools and test equipment.
