Accountabilities
Our Supply Chain Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient issuing of purchase requests on projects or indirect activities
- Ensuring efficient issuing of Service Entry Sheets/Progress Reports for materials, services, packages, and purchase orders
- Migrating technical data from Teamcenter to SAP
- Preparing shipping documents in alignment with due dates agreed with other departments/supply chain planners
Support Activities for Component Orders Small Packages/Projects
Key responsibilities include:
- External cost planning and forecasting for materials, services, and packages during project execution in collaboration with cost controlling departments
- Project material delivery in accordance with project plans
- Launch of production based on project requirements (transfer orders, purchase orders) in alignment with project schedules
- Issuing purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages to ensure project on-time delivery
NPI Activities
Responsibilities include:
- Managing material ordering and tracking as part of NPI teams
- Pulling doc packages for 'draft' parts for procurement quoting, checking material availability in project stock, and placing material requests if necessary
- Gathering doc packages for NPI labs to begin assembly and entering labor work orders
- Tracking ordering of materials and costing, providing to process engineering for datalog processing
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Supply Chain Internship experience or 6 months of experience in a Supply Chain related role
- Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Chain related field or equivalent
- English proficiency
