The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaises with internal stakeholders to ensure that safety policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years progressively responsible related experience in rail operations safety to include three (3) years supervision experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Rail operations, Rail Vehicles and associated Rail systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills.
