Requirements
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible related experience in rail operations safety, including three years of supervision experience.
- Thorough knowledge of rail operations, rail vehicles, and associated rail systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization and with third-party contractors.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Safety Management Systems (SMS) training required.
