Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of updating and continuous improvement of Safety Management System Programs and Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) in accordance with State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements.
- Provide technical supervision on safety issues of rail-related projects.
- Lead accident investigation teams and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain and coordinate emergency preparedness standards for Operations and Maintenance.
