Senior Director of Sales Enterprise Sales
Location : US (Remote)
Reports To : VP of Enterprise Sales
Job Summary :
Hitachi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Sales to part of our Enterprise Sales Organization. This leader will oversee a team of Account Executives that sell all solution areas within the Microsoft portfolio. The Account Executive roles are responsible for both new sales and existing account management.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise sales leadership coupled with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience driving growth in diverse industries. This role demands strategic leadership customer focus and the ability to foster collaboration within Microsofts ecosystem to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Microsoft Solutions across North America aligned with Hitachis growth objectives and Microsofts customer base.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within Microsofts North America customer base.
Recruit mentor and retain top sales talent.
Maintain a deep understanding of all Microsoft solution areas including Business Applications (CRM & ERP) Data and Analytics Data Science AI / ML and Modern Solutions. Actively engage with Microsoft teams at all levels to align strategies and leverage opportunities within their customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with North American customers acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journeys.
Leverage insights in specific industries to drive solutions that address customerspecific challenges. Specifically for this role a focus on Manufacturing Consumer Goods & Retail is desired.
While focused on North America maintain awareness of global business practices to ensure strategic alignment with broader organizational objectives
