How You'll Make an Impact
Plan, manage, and deliver corporate real estate projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Track budgets and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across projects.
Provide daily oversight for facilities operations, including maintenance and repairs.
Support annual budget planning and integrate sustainable practices.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, facility management, engineering, or related field.
10 years of experience in project management or facility management roles.
Expertise in construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management and corporate real estate tools.
Professional certifications (CFM or PMP) are a plus.
