Location Type : This is a hybrid role requiring two to three days onsite located at our office in Ogden, UT.How You'll Make an Impact : Collaborate with the Applications Engineering (AE) Team to develop comprehensive proposals.Review customer-specific Statements of Work (SOW) to create a Project Compliance Matrix (PCM).Write detailed descriptions, develop tables, and compile engineering concept images for proposals.Create custom graphics for presentations and customer materials using Microsoft Office and similar tools.Work with various functional teams to enhance proposals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.Review proposal content for accuracy and adherence to JR style guide preferences.Collaborate with technical writers from other divisions to develop multi-divisional proposals.Assist in training new AEs and AE summer interns.Help update customer relationship management software (Salesforce) and other relevant programs.Prepare and assist with audit information for the AE department.Take notes during customer meetings, staff meetings, executive reviews, and other key discussions.Perform other duties as assigned.
