What You’ll Do :

Lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing media buys across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Connected TV).
Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve client goals, focusing on growth, conversion, and ROAS.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to align data-driven strategies with high-performing creatives.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and provide detailed performance reporting and insights to clients.
Continuously analyze and test ad creatives, audience strategies, bidding, and placements to maximize results.
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and industry shifts to ensure clients remain competitive.

What We’re Looking For :

4 years of media buying experience across multiple digital advertising platforms.

Proven track record of scaling ad accounts with high ROAS.

Expertise in analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and experience working closely with content production teams.

Comfortable managing large budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Passion for creative advertising and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
