Coaching Requirements:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate coaches to join the Hitmen Baseball Academy. Whether you're a new applicant or an existing coach, here’s what we expect:
✔ Playing & Coaching Experience Preferred – Previous high school, college, or professional playing/coaching experience is a plus.
✔ High Baseball IQ – A deep understanding of the game, strategy, and player development is essential.
✔ Passion for Teaching & Development – We want coaches who are committed to helping players improve and reach their full potential.
✔ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – The ability to motivate, instruct, and build relationships with players and parents.
✔ Reliability & Commitment – Coaches must be dedicated to running efficient practices and ensuring a competitive team environment.
