Administrator, Project Accounting
Job Description :
The Accounting Administrator is responsible for assisting the Project Accounting team with administrative processes and procedures. Key to this position is a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in providing excellent customer service to internal and external parties. The ideal candidate presents a positive attitude and is able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Accounting team
- Process accounts payable invoices ensuring accuracy in coding to chart of accounts
- Respond to accounts payable inquiries from internal and external parties
- Assist in preparing required billing documentation
- Ensure organizational compliance with proper paper and electronic documentation filing
- Assist vendors with setup and ongoing compliance standards
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
