Responsibilities
Participation in insurance programs to develop skills in the insurance industry.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls in both languages.
Follow up on quotes.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Process customer policy change requests.
Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Participate in networks, conferences, and additional training from insurance companies.
Assist office staff with data entry, calendar, meetings, and deadlines.
Requirement
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Cultural competence and an understanding of the Hispanic community.
Willingness and ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License and Life Insurance License.
Must pass background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
