**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Representative to join our team in Waterloo and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical sales support as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management
- Strong business development skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
