Hive & Colony in San Jose, Ca is looking for a Store Manager to join our team.
We are located at The Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Center in Santa Clara, Ca.

You will be an expert on Hive & Colony’s style, design, quality, and service. You will be a trusted adviser for an innovative and modern company that believes in exceptional customer service to all new and existing clients while supporting the overall operations of the store.
Who are We
Hive & Colony combines fashion and technology and innovation to make premium, tailor-made suits, shirts and other tailored made garments for men and women.
We offer a wide selection of fabrics and customization options for suiting, pants, blazers / sports coats, vests, shirts, jacket and coats. The client can complete the look with our line of accessories, which include ties, belts, cufflinks, bowties, pocket squares, suspenders, and dress shoes.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the bespoke/custom-made/made-to-measure menswear retail industry
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
