From the moment a project begins, you’ll be the driving force behind making it happen smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Own the Schedule : You’ll take the reins on project timelines, assign tasks to the crew, and ensure all the moving parts come together perfectly.
- Oversee Logistics : Handle everything from parts requests to coordinating deliveries and making sure the right equipment is at the right place, at the right time.
- Ensure Top-Notch Execution : Review project documents, prep the team, and monitor progress to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communicate Across the Board : Be the key point of contact between clients, the internal team, and our partners. Your job is to make sure everyone’s on the same page and that our client’s expectations are not just met—but exceeded.
- Proven Experience : At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, smart homes, or the low-voltage industry (AV systems, smart tech, etc.).
- Legal Eligibility : Must be authorized to work in the U.S., have a clean driving record, and pass a background screening.
- Tech Enthusiast : A passion for home automation, A / V, and smart home technology is a must. We love working with the latest gadgets, and we want someone who’s equally excited about that.
- Organized & Efficient : You’ve got a knack for juggling multiple projects and know how to keep everything running on time and within budget.
- Collaborative Leader : You enjoy working in a team environment, and your leadership style is both hands-on and positive.
