As a Hive Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the pulse of our operations, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to install top-of-the-line smart technology in homes all across Tampa Bay. What You’ll Do:
- PO Creation & Management: Generate purchase orders (POs) for materials and supplies needed for each project, ensuring timely procurement to keep installations on schedule.
- Ordering Materials: Manage the ordering process, ensuring materials are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time for all installation projects.
- Keep the Warehouse Immaculately Organized: Ensure that every tool, part, and piece of equipment is in its place, keeping our operations running smoothly and our teams on track.
- Stock Management: Maintain and track warehouse inventory, ensuring we have everything needed for each project while avoiding overstocking or shortages.
- Material Returns Handling: Manage returns efficiently, ensuring materials are checked in and properly sorted so we can reuse resources where possible.
- Track & Maintain Tools and Trucks: From ladders to company vehicles, you’ll ensure that everything is properly accounted for, well-maintained, and ready to go when our teams need it.
