Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing multiple clients social media (at this time only on Instagram) using Metricool software. Will actively communicate with our content editors to ensure quality content is being delivered and made ready for posting. Hire will implement social media strategies to enhance our clients online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, and while content creation is not required, has the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse target markets.
Duties
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including scripting, graphics, and multimedia, tailored to various platforms for both our brand and clients.
- Content Scheduling and Posting: Manage the scheduling and posting of content across multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistency and optimal engagement times.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and community engagement, for multiple brands or clients.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools to schedule posts and analyze performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
