Wireless Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage and create new accounts for consumer base one-on-one
- Become acquainted with the products and services best suited for individual consumer needs based on specific information obtained in account acquisition
- Check-in consistently with newly acquired account holders to ensure they’re receiving the best service possible and upsell consumers on products to further assist their experience
- Collaborate with the Wireless Account Associate and Sales department to brainstorm new account management strategies to retain long-term client-to-consumer relationships
- Assist the management team with any administrative tasks outside of day-to-day responsibilities
- Attend weekly networking calls with top Wireless Account Associates to discuss account retainment and acquisition strategies

- Excellent oral communication skills
- Experience in client account associate role or any consumer-facing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
