Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate confidently, and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize conversions in your assigned territory.
- Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and provide accurate estimates.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts effectively, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements.
- CRM Utilization: Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with roofing products, services, and market trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns professionally and follow up to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or home improvement industry.
- Strong lead generation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) for tracking and reporting sales activities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team to achieve company goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
