About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager – Capital Markets to lead marketing initiatives focused on institutional investors, investment banks, asset managers, and other capital markets participants. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial ecosystem, particularly in equity, debt, and structured finance markets, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support capital markets initiatives including IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, and investor relations.
- Partner with capital markets, product, and research teams to create high-impact thought leadership content, whitepapers, case studies, and investor presentations.
- Manage events and sponsorships including investor roadshows, conferences, and webinars.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation within the capital markets space through targeted digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and account-based marketing.
- Create messaging frameworks and positioning that align with the firm’s capital markets strategies and value propositions.
- Oversee content marketing efforts including newsletters, market commentaries, infographics, and video content tailored for institutional audiences.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory updates to inform marketing strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns using marketing analytics and CRM tools; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on capital markets, investment banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets instruments, investor types, and financial products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting content for sophisticated financial audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
