Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at our Dover, PA location, ready to collaborate with the team.
- Plan daily tasks, load tools and equipment for job sites.
- Travel to and from job sites using our modern fleet of vehicles.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate respect at all times.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and ensure its proper care.
- Execute horticultural services such as mulching, pruning, planting, and garden maintenance.
- Seize opportunities to expand horticultural expertise and enhance skills in plant care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to commute to the office location daily.
- 1 years of professional horticulture or gardening experience.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and horticultural equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills and open communication abilities.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from others.
- Ability to pass the U.S. Department of Transportation physical and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, twist, kneel, and work with hands and tools.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions, including excessive heat, cold, wet, and dry environments.
Compensation
$18-22/hour
