As a Crew Leader, you will oversee daily landscaping operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction while embodying our core values. The schedule is Monday-Friday with weekend availability and a daily start time of 6:45am. The shift is approximately 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscaping crew, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for job quality and execution.
- Utilize landscape software on a tablet to plan daily activities, manage time and materials, and load necessary tools and equipment.
- Travel to and from job sites using our modern fleet of vehicles.
- Perform various landscaping services, including mulching, planting, pruning, gardening, weeding, and seasonal cleanups.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and ensure its proper care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to commute to the office location daily.
- Prior professional landscaping experience is required.
- Strong teamwork and open communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Ability to pass the U.S. Department of Transportation physical and random drug & alcohol testing.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs., bend, twist, kneel, and work with hand tools and small power tools.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wet, and dry environments.
