Mechatronics Technician

We are currently seeking an onsite Mechatronics Technician to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.

A typical day as a Mechatronic Technician can include:

• Reading work orders and following requirements for assembling precision single-axis and multi-axis systems;
• Using precision measuring and testing equipment to ensure the product is within the customer specifications;
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams;
• Creating and testing extension labels in the work cell soldering station;
• Receiving instructions from and reporting data to manufacturing personnel and Engineers;
• Helping in creating or updating work instructions and time studies;
• Coordinating with different departments across the company to ensure smooth transition of customer projects and time deliveries.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Achieved a high school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 3 years experience in a mechatronics role or electromechanical role;
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read drawings and schematics;
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks;
• The drive to continuously look for improvements to concepts and techniques;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Good manual dexterity and agility;
• The ability to carry/lift up to 50 pounds.
