Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Individualized Planning:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized rehabilitation plans that promote recovery and skill development.
- Rehabilitation and Skill-Building:
- Provide individual and group therapy to teach coping skills, stress management, and emotional regulation.
- Assist clients in developing essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and self-care.
- Support clients in setting and achieving personal and recovery-related goals.
- Crisis Intervention and Support:
- Be prepared to respond to crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and providing emotional support.
