Composite Technician – Infrastructure

HJ3 is looking for hard working, talented individuals to join its team as a Composite Field Technician. This job will include, a combination of local special project warehouse work, product knowledge training, field installation with travel throughout the United States and potential global travel.
Successful candidates will exhibit a steady work ethic, mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well on a team. Job requires travel throughout the US, company pays for travel related expenses and provides per diem for meals while traveling. Assignments can vary from 1-6 weeks at a time, with up to 55% of the year away from homeoutside the state of Arizona.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Concrete demolition and concrete placement/patching
· General Construction and Industrial laborer work
· Surface cleaning and preparation, both concrete and steel
· Preparation for product application
· Operating tools and equipment – manual and power
· Measuring and cutting
· Assist in product application
Qualifications include:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to follow detailed step by step instructions
· Detailed and Quality work habits
· Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
· Ability to work in confined spaces and heights over 16ft
· MSHA Certification a plus
· OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification a plus
· Construction experience a plus
· Fiberglass and Epoxy/urethane experience a plus
