Job Summary
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction projects while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maintaining project efficiency, safety, and quality while ensuring seamless communication across all project phases.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee project teams, including superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure compliance with construction plans, contracts, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents.
- Oversee quality control throughout the construction process.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 5 years of construction project management experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., PlanGrid, Procore).
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
