Senior Construction Project Manager

Direct Hire opportunity - Must be available to work onsite. Office is located in Mesquite, TX

A Senior Project Manager specializing in commercial masonry is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of masonry construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves a high level of experience and expertise in commercial construction and masonry techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Management: Overseeing project budgets, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Material Management: Selecting, negotiating with, and managing material suppliers to ensure timely and quality material.
• Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure projects meet required standards.
• Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Compliance: Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards and contract documents

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in commercial construction and masonry: Ideally, 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a project manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to effectively manage teams
• Technical expertise in masonry and construction techniques: Understanding of different masonry materials and construction methods.
• Project management software proficiency: Experience with software used for scheduling, budgeting, and communication. Microsoft Project, OST, Quickbid, Bluebeam,
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
