Our client, a growing fitness club is looking for a VP Fitness
This role will be :
Accountable for profit & loss
Work with the membership department to drive membership sales
Lead generation activities
Ensure programming and schedules align with members needs
Partners with Marketing to lead Personal Training
Analyze business performance and industry trends
Coach, mentor and support to club Personal Training Managers
Qualifications :
Demonstrated track record for driving brand or category growth
Established financial goals including sales targets and forecasts and developing detailed analysis and insights of results and drivers.
A passion for fitness
Education :
5 years related sales experience
A track record of achieving and / or exceeding sales goals
Direct to consumer sales or membership sales
10 years experience in the fitness industry.
5 years of leadership and people management experience
3 years of personal training
Completion of NASM Personal Training Certification is required
CPR & First Aid are required
