RT & CT Inspector / NDT Level II

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and certified RT & CT Inspector / NDT Level II to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will perform radiographic testing (RT) and computed tomography (CT) inspections to ensure the integrity and quality of materials and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to interpret and evaluate test results accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment for RT and CT inspections.
• Conduct RT and CT examinations to detect discontinuities, defects, or irregularities in materials and components.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Develop and implement testing techniques and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, including test results, equipment calibration, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure all testing is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor junior NDT personnel as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
• Certification as an NDT Level II Technician in Radiographic Testing (RT) and Computed Tomography (CT) in accordance with [relevant standards, e.g., ASNT SNT-TC-1A].
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing RT and CT inspections in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in interpreting radiographic images and CT scans.
• Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations related to nondestructive testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
