Position Overview
This position is responsible for working with the Equipment manager, Shop Supervisor/Coordinator, Technicians, Operational Staff, and accounting staff to assist in their day-to-day responsibilities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Ensure employee driven safety culture is in place and effective.
- Work with shop supervisor/coordinator on CMMS workflow and communication.
- Work with equipment manager on rental administration, reporting, and paperwork.
- Understand and participate in the 5S culture throughout shop.
- Continually work towards workplace organization including general clean-up.

File necessary paperwork as required.
- Completed work orders, file and maintain as needed.
- Registrations obtained and delivered and updated as needed.
- All necessary DOT filing as needed.
- Any and all other general paperwork as needed.
- Motive camera administration
- Utilize Proactis or current process as necessary to create purchase request and send for approval to necessary management.
- Utilize Proactis current process to create purchase order, provide to vendor and ensure management of costs.
- Manual Infield time entry or timecard processing as needed.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Requirements
- Experience in mining, construction or manufacturing repairs is beneficial.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
