We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through outbound calling and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and gather information
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for the sales team
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities
- Follow up with leads through email or phone to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking progress
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
