Success at HK Integrated Services is driven by the right people with the right energy, with dedicated Business Unit Managers overseeing the cleaning services provided inside the hotels.
PURPOSE OF ROLE :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Manager at HK Integrated Services US. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the cleaning services provided within the hotel, including room cleaning, public area sanitizing, laundry logistics, guest request coordinating, and ensuring the quality of facility services like hard floor cleaning and pest control. The person filling this role is expected to start the week of February 24th.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in hospitality or facility management
- Knowledge of cleaning operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with vendor management and budget control
- Second language preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
