What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer/Operator position at HK Solutions Group?
HK Solutions Group is seeking a CIPP Construction Laborer. Position will be based in Rogers, MN but will require frequent overnight travel. All travel expenses are paid by HK, and an attractive per diem ($60/night) is paid to reimburse the cost of food.
Average employee with CDL (Commercial Driver License) will earn $80,000 annually!
Average employee without CDL will earn $70,000 annually!
Year-round work. Overtime available! CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required.
Job Functions
- Clean & CCTV Inspect prior to lining
- Rehabilitate sanitary sewer mains using CIPP or UV Lining Technologies
- Point Repairs
- Produce daily reports of each liner installed
- Maintain lining equipment in good operating condition by cleaning, daily inspection, and small minor repairs

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a Valid US Driver's License
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of hire
- Consistent overnight travel is required (drive HK vehicles to work sites and be home on weekends)
- Must be able to work extended shifts
- Must be insurable with HK carrier (good driving record)
Physical Requirements
- Working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
- Regularly exposed to environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
- Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
