A little bit about the position :
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, build customer relationships and ultimately drive patient visits. They should understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience and unique to the typical interactions of each channel.
What you can expect in the role :
- Content creation : Write, design, and create video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Scheduling : Create and update posting schedules.
- Monitoring : Track site metrics and social media performance.
- Engagement : Respond to comments and interact with readers.
- Collaboration : Work with other departments to plan and execute social media projects.
- Strategy : Develop and implement social media strategies to meet marketing goals.
- Reporting : Create reports on social media performance.
- Trends : Stay up to date with social media trends and news.
