Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing timely updates on product offerings.
  • Conduct warm calling initiatives to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular meetings with internal teams to share insights and align strategies for success.

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong focus on sales.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
