IT Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge & Sales:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of CRM and HRM tools and their benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (offline and online) to prospective clients.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and qualify leads for CRM/HRM solutions through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Research client needs and match them with appropriate CRM/HRM solutions.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Establish strong relationships with clients, both online and offline.
• Offer consultations and customized solutions to address client challenges.
• Sales Process & Deal Closure:
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and successfully close sales.
• Post-Sale Support:
• Oversee successful onboarding and implementation of CRM/HRM tools.
• Provide training to clients on product usage and functionality.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM/HRM-related issues.
• Reporting & Tracking:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track progress towards sales goals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing teams to share product updates and generate leads.
• Participate in online and offline campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in CRM/HRM solutions or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both online and offline).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM/HRM systems and their functionalities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, software, or tech sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,763.00 - $6,419.00 per month
