About the Role : As the Field Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of either a team of HVAC Technicians, ensuring that all service, installation, and repair work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians, monitoring field operations, coordinating schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding safety standards. You may also be responsible for being in the field while the operation takes off enabling our team to service as many calls as possible. .

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage HVAC field technicians, providing daily guidance, technical support, and performance feedback.
- Be on the field as needed as needed to run calls or conduct ride-alongs.
- Effectively leverage central functions (Call Center, Finance, Technology, Dispatch) Ensure that technicians adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead regular team meetings to discuss job progress, safety protocols, customer issues, and areas for improvement.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing training to field technicians, ensuring skill development and operational excellence.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service and installation projects.
- Collaborate with the customer service and dispatch teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination between office and field operations.
- Adjust technician schedules as needed based on job priority, emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Conduct job site inspections to assess quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor technician performance metrics, including job completion rates, callbacks, productivity, and customer feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues related to field operations.
- Address customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
