HL Environmental Services LLC is seeking Multiple personnel to serve as Disaster Relief Site Inspectors/Assessors to support inspecting damaged structures and document the level of damage caused by Hurricane Helene in Watauga County, North Carolina. This data will help building officials decide whether the property is Substantially Damaged and reported to FEMA. The Site Inspectors will provide field-based reviews of damaged properties, describe the current site conditions, and support the review of provided documentation. The right candidates will provide skilled and accurate inspection services, capture and acquire data in the field, and work with office and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- This is an exciting career opportunity to provide hands-on assistance to members of the community and help the recovery operations of North Carolina.
- Document buildings and site-specific attributes and input into site inspection data collection devices and software platforms.
- Maintain and track the completion of required site visits and track the progress in a management information system.
- Use 3D cameras and Apple-based products and software to document property damage sustained during Hurricane Helene.
- Coordinate with facility personnel throughout the inspection process.
- Follow procedures and maintain communication and focus.
- Keep the Supervisor informed on issues, problems, and resolutions.
- Provide superior customer-focused services and maintain the ability to listen, facilitate, and negotiate through problems.
- Drive to and from destinations as assigned.
- Work safely at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Potential exists for 12-hour days, 5 days a week, including the weekends
- Additional duties as required.
- U.S. Citizen or legal resident
- Ability to work independently
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Use of personally owned vehicle (POV)
- Must have the ability to drive POV and pass a motor vehicle records check
- Possess effective time management and organizational skills with the capacity to handle pressure daily
- Expertise in smartphone apps - primarily Apple-based products, MS Office, and Data Information Systems
