Whether you're an experienced HVAC Technician, a skilled Electrical Technician, or a proactive Utility Technician, we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates will be matched to roles based on experience, certifications, and interests.
Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Utility Technician
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and utility equipment including HVAC, duct work, mixers, ovens, chillers, boilers, AHUs, and more.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for process-supporting systems.
- Operate and program simple equipment settings and assist with facility optimization.
- Work alongside Boiler Technicians and coordinate with vendors for complex issues.
Electrical Technician
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems with a focus on PLC troubleshooting and modification.
- Execute preventive maintenance and document all repairs.
- Support automated equipment operations in clean/dry-room environments.
- Safely perform wiring, repairs, and part replacements.
HVAC Technician
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and environmental systems, including advanced chillers, boilers, and regenerative thermal oxidizers.
- Analyze whole-building systems for heat loss/load, and make necessary adjustments.
- Recommend upgrades to the Building Management System (BMS) to improve energy efficiency.
- Serve as a backup to the Boiler Technician.
Qualifications
Required (All Roles):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong safety mindset and team collaboration skills
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull and perform maintenance duties
Preferred/Role-Specific:
- HVAC Technicians: HVAC Certification or Associate’s degree; 3–5 years experience; deep knowledge of environmental control systems
- Electrical Technicians: 2 years electrical/maintenance experience; PLC knowledge; journeyman license preferred
- Utility Technicians: 1 year experience in mechanical systems support; basic programming and troubleshooting abilities
Work Environment
- Clean-room and dry-room facilities with temperature-controlled environments
- Highly technical setting with exposure to automated equipment and cutting-edge systems
