JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for all sourcing, purchasing and supply chain monitoring of all steering materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES (others may be assigned):

Local sourcing
- Searching potential suppliers
- Collaborate with R&D

Sourcing
- RFQ, Quote analysis, Source selection

Purchasing price management
- Material cost management (BOM Level)
- Supplier price increase request

Engineering change management
- Prototype, samples including tools

Cost reduction
- Value Analysis / Value engineering
- Customer based CR initiatives

Supply chain monitoring
- Supplier financial and business trends
- Supplier process
- Supplier capacity
- Issue control (Quality, Delivery, Legal, etc)

Supplier pool management
- Current supplier development
- Potential supplier identification

New program acquisition
- Potential cost analysis & Preparing Development cost
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Cost structure analysis capability
- Basic Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint) suite skills
- Problem solving
- APQP process should familiar
- Good English skills (Writing and Speaking)
- Willing to work as a team
- Willing to relocate
