Strategic Planning Analyst (Bilingual)

1) Job Purpose :

  • Assist the Head of the Americas Region to manage U.S., Mexico, and Brazil operations.

Facilitate agile organizational response to customer needs.

  • Support U.S., Mexico, and Brazil operations in localizing and stabilizing each site.

    • 2) Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) :

  • Utilize language capabilities to facilitate communication among multicultural individuals.
  • Understand customer concerns, assist with devising solutions, and drive interregional cooperation towards customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an interface between the Americas Region and other global HL Mando affiliates.
  • Assist streamlining each site's HR practices including organization structure, compensation standards, and recruiting practices.
  • Enable operational excellence by innovating business processes and strengthening process compliance.

    • 3) Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year post-secondary school graduation.

    • 4) Competencies :

  • Fluent in Korean and English.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage expectations and deadlines and deliver within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Able to manage conflicts and stressful situations in an efficient way.
  • Able to build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels and function.
