Role Description
- Research,analyse, propose and architect requirements-based products and solutions that align with customer s business and technology needs of the enterprise. This position focuses specifically on Loyalty platform solutions, including customer centric content and experience, campaigns and promotions, social engagement, and the like.
- Define essential capabilities and features based on current and future needs of loyalty
- Create a consideration set of loyalty platforms to evaluate based on a set of scorecard metrics
- Analyze the current state architecture and design target state architecture aligned to the needs of a loyalty platform
- Create a requirements document with selection criteria and evaluation framework
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology providers, and other architects to develop technology and information architectures, strategies, and roadmaps
- Develop and maintain solution/product architectures for specific departments in compliance with applicable enterprise architectures
- Working with marketing leads to create,analyseleads and campaigns to determine performance, ROI and business impact.
- Participate in project and architecture reviews to ensure that the design being applied meets policies, principles, standards, and business/technology needs and roadmaps.
- Review and align product choices to ensure that enterprise architecture standards, service quality and availability, and cost efficiency are met.
- Contribute to the definition and analysis of requirements for the enterprise and applying available and new technologies to support strategic goals of our clients.
- Evaluate products and technologies and their alternatives for use in proposed solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Architecture, Information Systems or other related fields or equivalent work experience
- Experience with loyalty platforms and customer engagement strategies
- Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and integration
- Familiarity with data-driven capabilities and personalization techniques
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies and Practices
- Three or more years of experience in solution/systems architecture
- Understanding of enterprise and service design patterns and best practices.
- Understanding of API, SOA, or microservice concepts, design patterns and best practices, with focus onMarTechtools/technologies and integration between various systems
- Experience with visual drawing tools (such as Microsoft Visio or OmniGraffle)
- Experience working with other Marketing Technology toolsets, such as Content Management, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation, etc., a plus
