Note: Expert hands-on Functional Consultant on SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding, along with ECC HCM VIB replication experience
Job Description:
Mandatory requirement: SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in EC/Recruiting and Onboarding.
Desirable: Professional certifications.
- Strong experience in implementing SuccessFactors cloud integration from Various modules like Employee central, Recruiting, Onboarding and with
ECC HCM BIB replication experience, SAP Onpremise and 3rd party cloud vendors. - Good experience in data replication and migration for various entities like user, Organization, time etc.
- Strong experience in delivering SuccessFactors cloud Integration and Technical Services by collaborating closely with Technical and Operations Team.
- A time-tested methodology, business process and remote delivery model to deliver the best quality, accelerated time to value and ideal Customer Experience.
- This role covers both the internal and client-facing activities required for successful implementation.
- Applying best practices, country-specific knowledge, and technical know-how, they will ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications.
- Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams.
- Ensure the client fulfills their responsibilities in terms of data management, particularly data cleansing and transformation.
- Experience with data security procedures and requirements of the client.
- Support the required workshops as laid out by the methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded in relevant workbooks.
- Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), balancing business, technical, and functional requirements and constraints.
- Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
- Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely.
- Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization.
