About the role:
This individual fulfills a crucial role within a team dedicated to ensuring the efficient execution, optimization, and performance monitoring of client advertising placements. This position is integrated within the media team and reports to the Media Operations Supervisor.
The position is open to St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL residents only.
\n- Active participation in internal initiation meetings
- Establish and launch campaigns across digital platforms, including the creation of ad placements, definition of targeting parameters, and implementation of tracking pixels
- Precise and timely trafficking of advertising creatives to ad servers or platforms, encompassing the setup of ad tags, testing of creative versions, and resolution of technical issues
- Verification of compliance of all advertising placements with industry standards and guidelines, as well as HLK policies and procedures
- Assistance in reporting and analytics utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and ad-server platforms
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues including ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, or website malfunctions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Adaptability and capacity to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Ability to strategically evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions that lead to quantifiable performance enhancements
- Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Campaign Manager
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to industry evolution, new tools, and techniques
- Effective time management to adhere to deadlines and ensure the punctual delivery of assets
- Meticulous attention to detail to prevent significant errors in campaign configuration, targeting, and campaign specifications
