The individual salary within this range is determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, skills and location.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with art directors, designers and developers as well as other team members throughout the agency to deliver high-quality work for a wide range of clientsPrepare final, press-ready files (including print, online, web and mobile applications) based on supplied specifications for several types of productionDigitally manipulate, enhance and resize images for comps, ads and artworkCreate files for client review and electronically deliver / upload artwork for final reproduction and web usageReview files prior to releasing / delivering to ensure adherence to standards of the agency, clients and, when applicable, vendors>
Qualifications A minimum of two years of experience, preferably within an agency or production studio environmentProficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, PowerPoint and Google WorkspaceMust be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and easily switch from one task to another seamlessly and effectivelySolid knowledge of the printing process and preflighting tools as well as a willingness to continue to grow, learn and contributeMeet deadlines, set and follow priorities, maintain a high level of personal responsibility, and have a willingness to go above and beyond to meet clients' needsAn exceptional eye for detail and strong organizational skillsStrong portfolio of produced workRetouching experience preferred>
