HLWT Lighting, Electrical and Signs is looking to hire a top notch sales representative to join our team.

We specialize in providing high-quality electrical services, lighting installations, and signage solutions. With years of experience and a dedication to delivering exceptional results, we're looking to expand our team and bring in a driven and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our client base and increase sales, who will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and selling our electrical, lighting, and sign services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn competitive commissions while working with a dynamic, growing company.


HLWT Lighting, Electrical and Signs is Nevada’s leading lighting and electrical contractor. With locations in both Reno and Las Vegas, we are looking to grow our team of sales representatives. Our sales representatives help our customers find solutions for their lighting outages and upgrades to energy efficient lighting. We also help people with their electrical needs from adding new circuits to their homes or businesses for a wide variety of needs, including electrical car chargers, solar panel installation, generators and much more. Our sales representatives need to have an outside of the box thought process to help our customers get what they need. Not all engineers and architects design things for the people doing the work to make repairs, and our job is to figure it out!


Qualifications:

  • Proven history in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the electrical, lighting, or signage industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Understand and communicate the company’s products and services, including electrical, lighting, and signage solutions.
  • Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM system.


Compensation

  • The compensation package is a Base plus commission structure
  • Commission structure – Percentage of Gross Sales
  • Additional incentives based on performance
  • Potential for growth as the company expands
  • Base Compensation - $52K Annual
  • Representatives average income - $100K to $150K
