What We'll Accomplish Together :
Your role in our mission is to be the first line of support when it comes to technology needs. You will work with employees across the company in person, over the phone, and via email to troubleshoot and resolve their Help Desk tickets. You will also collaborate with the IT Manager and System Administrator to increase efficiencies and manage technology costs.
What It Takes To Succeed :
- Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
- Some experience in troubleshooting and maintaining operating systems and software
- Experience with common PC hardware systems
- Experience with networking infrastructure including routers and switches is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered as substitute
