HM Dunn Aerosystems manufactures some of the most complex parts for next generation programs and legacy aircraft programs including:
- Military: F-35, F-15, F-16, C130, KC46
- Commercial: 737 MAX, 737 P-8, 777 & 777X, A320
- Business Jet: Gulfstream, Bombardier
- Other Defense & Space systems
Seeking machinists with mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail, problem solving and multi-tasking skills and focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, including but not limited to
- Makino MAG3.EX, MAG1, MAG3, T2, A88, A92, A77, A55
- Mazak 815, V1400, VRX730, VRX630, FH6800
- SNK HPS120B
- Okuma MA600
- Grob G552 (newly installed)
- Produce high quality, tight tolerance parts for aircraft
- Interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement
- Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols
- Check that all equipment produced works correctly
Requirements:
- Prior experience preferred
- Familiar with M & G codes
- Proficient using precision measuring tools, GD&T, and shop math
- Must be US citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
